Uni-Guard Immun contains a balanced composition of elements in scientifically calculated concentrations that work together to strengthen the immune cells and organs of birds and stimulate metabolism without affecting the integrated biochemical reactions within the body. It increases the bird’s activity and growth rates with high efficiency in feed conversion. Uni-Guard Immun works through several axes:
First,
Uni-Guard Immun works to stimulate the immune system of birds.
The product contains highly effective extracts from the Echinacea plant (alkamides, essential oils, caffeic acid derivatives, flavonoids and polyacetylenes).
It works to raise the efficiency of the immune system by increasing the rate of antibodies and activating phagocytic cells, which engulf microbes and harmful substances within the bird’s body. In addition, it acts as an anti-inflammatory.
UniGuard Immune supports the immune system in its fight against microbes and harmful substances. It works to remove the resulting waste (free radicals) through natural scavengers that react with harmful byproducts and safely eliminate them from the body. This is achieved by adding powerful, natural antioxidants (vitamins E and C).
The product contains mannan and beta-glucan, which are powerful immune system stimulants that activate beneficial bacteria in the gut, stimulate immune cells, and increase their lifespan to combat any viral infection.
It also stimulates and increases the number of B and T cells, which resist pathogens (Tables 1 and 2).
Secondly,
Uni-Gard Immun increases growth rates in birds and improves feed conversion and utilization rates by:
increasing beneficial bacteria adapted to intestinal conditions and reducing harmful bacteria and ammonia production.
Uni-Gard Immun also contains extracts from carefully selected natural plants, along with a range of salts and minerals that stimulate growth by improving digestive health, maximizing feed utilization, enhancing feed conversion rates, and increasing growth rates.
UniGuard Immun increases growth rates by an average of 5-6.5% in meat production breeds and local birds (Sasso) (Tables 3 and 4).
It significantly improves feed conversion rates by 5-11%, as well as feed utilization rates (Tables 3 and 4).
Thirdly,
UniGuard Immun acts as a highly concentrated biological antitoxin because it contains mannan oligosaccharide (10%) and beta-glucan at a concentration of (20%).
Beta-glucan works to adsorb mycotoxins from the feed and prevent their absorption from the intestines, thus neutralizing their effect within the bird’s body and protecting against their harmful effects. Mannan is characterized by its broad spectrum of activity, as it works on many mycotoxins. It is also safe and has no effect on the nutrients in the feed.
Mannan works to prevent toxins from adhering to the wall of the digestive tract and reduces their absorption within the bird’s body, in addition to stimulating components of the immune system, especially within the digestive tract, which helps in resisting toxins.

increases antibodies produced during Newcastle disease vaccination, reduces the vaccination response, and minimizes damage to the bursa in case of infection.
It acts as a powerful immune stimulant against influenza strains.
Uniguard Immun helps reduce coccidiosis, increases the size of intestinal villi, and enhances the absorption surface area. It also reduces water loss during coccidioid diarrhea and bacterial infections.
Note:
Two groups of birds were infected with Newcastle disease and influenza viruses. Both groups were fed a diet supplemented with Uniguard Immun. A control group was also infected. The birds’ immunity and vitality were significantly higher in the infected groups fed Uniguard Immun compared to the control group.
The recommended dosage
is half a kilogram per ton of feed.
