UCCMADEX solution (4 liters) is activated by adding an activator bottle (60 ml) and shaking it well.
Well, the UCCMADEX solution will turn the general indicator from red to light green (if the solution turns yellow or red, do not use it).
Indications :
A disinfectant solution that eliminates all microbes (against bacteria, fungi, germs and viruses)
UCCMADEX solution is used for medical equipment and instruments (make sure to wash them well before using UCCMADEX)
How to use Acmadex:
1- Gloves must be worn before starting the disinfection process
2- The first step in the disinfection and sterilization process is to thoroughly clean any existing organic residue
3- To remove dirt, clean all surfaces of the device completely and the hollow places using a good protein solvent.
4- After cleaning, wipe the surfaces with water to remove detergent residue well
5- Prepare the UCCMADEX solution for the first use by adding the activator to the bottle and stirring it well.
6- Make sure the solution is activated by detecting it with the global indicator and it turns green
7- Completely immerse the tools in the UCCMADEX solution, making sure to cover the gaps and cavities
8- To kill tuberculosis bacteria, pathogenic fungi and viruses, completely immerse the tools for 10 minutes at a temperature of 20-25 degrees Celsius.
9- To kill bacteria, the tools are completely immersed in UCCMADEX solution for 10 hours at a temperature of 20-25 degrees Celsius.
10- To kill germs, the tools are completely immersed in the UCCMADEX solution for 20 hours at a constant temperature of 20-25 degrees Celsius.
11- Then remove the tools from the solution and rinse well with sterile water
12- Dry and store tools and equipment to reduce re-contamination, taking into account storage instructions for tools and equipment
