Bactericidal activity: 

It starts with 20% alcohol and increases with concentration

It does not affect the spore shape 

High concentrations of alcohol in the protein environment form dense protein aggregates

It penetrates more deeply into the deeper layers of the skin, sebaceous and sweat glands, and provides a high antiseptic effect (70% antimicrobial power equal to 3% phenol solution).
